These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the decorAIte pre-launch marketing website and waitlist (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by DECORAITE LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“decorAIte,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
decorAIte is currently in development. Features, functionality, availability, retailer coverage, supported locations, budgets, pricing, and launch timing are illustrative and may change at any time without notice.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to decorAIte, a launch date, beta participation, product availability, or any specific feature. Beta invitations, if offered, are extended at our discretion and may be limited.
AI designs, room transformations, furniture, décor, product examples, prices, savings, budgets, retailer examples, and images shown on the Site may be illustrative and do not guarantee actual results, availability, pricing, inventory, or retailer participation.
External retailers and third-party websites control their own products, inventory, prices, shipping, returns, privacy practices, and terms. References to retailers on the Site do not imply an official partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with DECORAITE LLC unless a real agreement exists and is expressly stated.
AI-generated suggestions and room visualizations may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as professional architectural, engineering, construction, safety, or code-compliance advice.
You are responsible for verifying measurements, product dimensions, compatibility, safety, pricing, inventory, installation requirements, retailer policies, and overall suitability before purchasing any product or changing any space. You also agree to submit only your own information when joining the waitlist.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or its users; (c) attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) use automated means to misuse the Site; or (f) infringe the rights of DECORAITE LLC or any third party.
The decorAIte name, the decorAIte stylized mark, branding, website content, original graphics, copy, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to DECORAITE LLC, subject to third-party rights. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission.
The Site currently collects only your first name and email address as part of the waitlist. Any future terms governing room photos or other user-submitted content will be introduced in the Terms for the decorAIte application before that functionality is publicly launched.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during this pre-launch period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DECORAITE LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, regarding the Site and any information made available through it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DECORAITE LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the waitlist. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, the waitlist, any features, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, subject to any applicable consumer protections available to you under the laws of your place of residence.
